SuccessLink Ventures will work as a connection between you and the Travel Service Provider (it can be airlines or car rentals). We will not take any responsibility for any actions they take or services they offer, including:

  • Flight delays or a change in schedule
  • Car Rental availability

Whatever booking you make will follow the guidelines of the relevant Travel Service Provider.

Prohibited Activities

When using our Website, you should not:

  • Utilize an automated process without our consent.
  • Make speculative, misleading, or false reservations.
  • Break any laws or regulations.
  • Copy, share, or change the contents of our Website without permission.

Disclaimer or Liability

To the range accepted by the law:

  • SuccessLink Ventures will not be responsible for any damages that happen while using our Website or the actions/exclusion from the Travel Service Providers.
  • This disclaimer also includes any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even though we have been informed about the probability.

  • Authentic Bookings: If you are booking for someone else, you consent that they know our Terms and Conditions.

Solving Disputes, Laws, and Arbitration

We will try our best to solve the issue within 90 days. The dispute can go to the binding arbitration, as explained below, if we can’t resolve it.

Governing Law

The parties involved, like the third-party providers, control these Terms and any commitments or rights as per the laws of the State of New Jersey and the USA, without considering any conflicting regulations. We will hold arbitrable disputes in the jurisdiction of New Jersey unless it is stated otherwise.

Arbitration Details

Binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules will resolve any issues arising from your usage of our SuccessLink Ventures website, unless the law prohibits any disputes related to these Terms. The same is also applicable to any of the products or services you have purchased from us. The arbitration will be held in California by us, unless you provide us with a written notice to the contrary.

If you provide consent to these Terms, you cannot start a lawsuit against us in front of a judge or jury. We will also cancel your right to participate in any class arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or class action. The arbitrator will be making the final decision that you can apply in front of a proper jurisdiction in any court.

When to File Claims

Within six months of the date of the bookings or transactions, you will have the option of filing claims, unless a longer period is mentioned by the law. The claim can be waived if the time period increases.

General Travel Info

Overview

The moment you complete the bookings, SuccessLink Ventures will share travel details, such as deals, destinations, flight schedules, and itineraries. You will get most of the information from third-party “Travel Service Providers,” such as airlines, tour companies, and more. We try our best to make sure you get accurate and updated information from us, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.

Information changes, and services rely on availability. So, we will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or changes from Travel Service Providers.

Duties as a Traveler

As a traveler, it is your responsibility to manage every documentation, legal, and logistical necessity of your travel. The requirements include, but are not restricted to:

  • A valid passport and any visas
  • Certification of health or vaccination
  • Travel insurance

We act as an intermediary to help you make a reservation on our Website or through customer support. You will have complete independence to check the entry rules and have accurate documents for your trip.

Terms of Service Compliance

You must know the rules and follow them:

  • The Terms and Conditions of SuccessLink Ventures
  • The Terms and Conditions of the Travel Service Provider(s)

To know the specific terms for flights, you have to check the official website of the airline.

Flight Tickets and Airfare

  • You have to pay in full and get a booking confirmation for your tickets to get confirmed.
  • Tickets will be sent depending on the rules of the airline after the payment is made from your end.
  • The price of airlines will differ based on different factors, and SuccessLink Ventures cannot control that.
  • We will be cancelling your booking if you fail to make the payment by the due date.

Trips consisting of multiple airlines must adhere to the specific rules regarding cancellations, refunds, fees, and schedule changes set forth by each airline. You have to cover any extra expense, like new tickets, if there is any delay from the airlines impacting your trip. Remember to keep your booking confirmation or travel proof always with you because many airlines can ask for it during check-in.

Currency Conversion and Extra Fees

Always remember that when booking, the exchange rates can cause a small difference during the final change.

  • International transaction fees
  • Your bank or credit card issuer will add the currency conversion charges

You will be responsible for paying the taxes and fees set by your bank and government when booking outside the country.

Travel Insurance

We act as an intermediary, helping you compare and make bookings through the Website or directly via call. It will be your responsibility to follow every entry requirement, travel documents, rules, and prohibitions.

In case of Terms and Conditions and Travel Service Providers, especially for flights, directly follow the airline’s terms of service available on the official website.

You will also be held responsible for completing your legal documentation and administrative requirements, which consist of:

  • Valid passports
  • Travel insurance
  • Certification of Health or Vaccine

Terms of Flight Bookings
Traveling Abroad

You must be aware of the Montreal Convention rules when traveling internationally because they apply to both the departure and destination countries. The airline liability can be limited due to the Convention for factors like injury and death.

You must have the necessary documents for entering a foreign country, which consist of, but are not limited to:

  • A valid passport
  • A valid visa (tourist, business, or transit)

You might also have to show the documents to the government agencies, as we will not take responsibility if you fail to follow the entry regulations. So, always check travel advisories, bans, or announcements before traveling.

Visa and Passport Requirements

Check your visa and passport with the embassy or a consulate before you start your trip. We will not be liable if you are denied boarding on entry because of faulty or missing documents. This will also be applied if you do not leave the airport for a layover.

Health Necessities

Keep a track of your health necessities, such as medications, vaccinations, and medical processes necessary for entering the destination. Consult with your doctor and check health advisories before traveling.

Disinfection of Aircraft

Airlines follow the World Health Organization (WHO) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) guidelines for disinfecting flights to keep them safe for passengers. It includes:

  • Before boarding, they spray residual insecticide on aircraft surfaces.
  • When passengers are present on the plane, they treat surfaces with aerosolized insecticide spray.
Safety of International Destinations

We do not represent or provide a warranty that a destination is safe when you are booking an international trip. You have to take the risks involved in traveling, and we will not be responsible for losses or damages suffered as a result.

Airline Baggage Regulations

For every airline, the baggage allowance, fees, and restrictions differ. We try our best to share the correct information about baggage polices. But you have to remember that policies change regularly, so we cannot provide any guarantee that it will always be appropriate. You need to verify with your airline directly. Baggage fees are not considered in the ticket prices.

Check-In Rules

There are different check-in requirements for each airline. For domestic flights, you need to arrive at least 90 mins before departure and for international flights, at least 3 hours before departure.

Change in Flight Schedule

Airlines can often change the schedule of their flights. In many cases, without prior notice, they can convert a direct flight to a connecting one. Many airlines might try to notify you, but there is no guarantee from our end that you will get updates in advance.

Whenever there is a cancellation or rebooking, we try to notify the traveler, but we cannot provide any guarantee to give prior notice. Keep checking the flight status with the airline at least 72 hours before departure. The airline will manage any flight delays, cancellations, or rebookings after check-in.

Overbooked Flights

Every airline has its own rules for compensation for overbooking and denied boarding. You need to check this with the airline.

Pricing Details
  • Unless you have booked your ticket, and a Passenger Name Record (PNR) is issued, the airline can change its flight prices.
  • We can also cancel your booking if you do not make the full payment within the timeframe.
  • Cancellation can also happen without a refund if you are misusing the tickets.
  • Any prices on SuccessLink Ventures are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless mentioned otherwise.
  • You will be charged the same currency you see during checkout.
  • If you have a non-USA card, the bank can charge extra fees for international transactions or exchange rates. You need to check with your bank for more details.
  • We will charge a service fee for supporting, rebooking, cancellations, or any other help that you might need while traveling, like fares, taxes, and our fees.
  • Credit or debit cards from the USA, Canada, and other countries, including a billing address for AE/AP, are accepted by us.
  • With us, payments are secured because we do not store any card details. In some cases, your card can be billed one or more charges that together total your booking cost.
  • When payment is declined within 24 hours, we will let you know. It might take longer if the payment is not made through a card.

We will also verify the transaction to check for fraud to protect you. We will process your payment the moment our payment security team approves it. The transactions’ legality will also be confirmed before processing by connecting with you, your bank, or your card issuer.

Cancellations and Refunds

If your bookings come under the refundable category, then the cancellations will consider the administrative fee, airline penalties, and supplier conditions. Otherwise, bookings are mostly non-refundable.

If there is an approval from the airline, then only you will get a refund, taking around 90 days to process. Note that the service fee will remain non-refundable.

International Payments

We will not take any responsibility for any charges that may arise for using an international credit card, or the fees imposed by your bank for currency conversion or transaction fees.

Special Requests

Requests for special seats, meals, or frequent flyer perks do not have any guarantee. It completely depends on the airline’s availability. You need to check with them.

Unaccompanied Minors

Bookings made by kids under the age of 16 will not be taken into consideration. Policies for minors are different in every airline. Contact the airline.

Credit Card Issues

You must connect with us before filing a chargeback. Cancellation of bookings can be done due to an unjustified chargeback, leading to cost recovery.

Airline Booking Terms

Airline Booking Rules and Price Changes

Whether it is for cancellations, usage, or changes, flight tickets confirmed by SuccessLink Ventures will follow the terms of the airlines. This agreement will strictly exist between you and the airline service provider. Flight timings can change without any warning, and flights can be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of the airline. Contact our Customer Service if you want to avoid any delays or problems on the day of your travel.

Hazardous Materials Policy

In compliance with the law, you cannot transport any dangerous items, which consist of aerosols, reactive substances, pressurized containers, or reactive substances. These goods are restricted. If you try to break any rules, it can cause penalties or even prosecution. Check the regulatory sources of the official airline before packing luggage.

Cancellations and Refunds

After the completion of a 24-hour timeline, most flight tickets become non-refundable. Whether you are eligible to get refunds depends on the rules of the airline. Tickets that are booked with low-cost airlines close to the travel dates are also non-refundable, and no-shows are generally non-refundable.

Web Check-in

You have to accept the policies of the airlines before choosing check-in options online. Provide any details, and SuccessLink Ventures has the right to manage the check-in for you.

Seats, Meals, & Special Requests

While booking, you can request seats and meals, but they may not get confirmed. Without notifying travelers, the airline can make changes or deny these requests. The fees you paid for reserved spots or support services will not be returned. It is advised to verify the same with the airline before departure.

Baggage Rules & Costs

If you are carrying more than one piece of luggage on the flight, it will incur extra charges. The limit of the luggage will differ by mass and dimensions based on the airline you are flying with. If you exceed the allowed limit, the fees will increase, and you cannot reclaim payments made for bags. As the airline baggage rules are different, connect with our Customer Service team before departure.

Car Rental Booking Terms

The car rental service you book through SuccessLink Ventures is provided by third-party rental companies. The terms and conditions of the rental company will start to be applied the moment you pick up the booked vehicle.

Booking & Payment

Most of the time, cards are used for making reservations. There can be a difference in the total cost of rental car service based on the rental duration, location, and optional services. The changes made at pick up or return can also change the price.

Availability of Vehicle

The make and model, along with the vehicle images that you see during booking, are just for reference. The rental company will provide you with a similar, if not the same, vehicle, depending on availability during the pick-up.

Driver Requirements

During pick up, the driver must be present:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A valid credit card of the driver

If there are additional age limits or documents necessary, these can be changed by the rental company.

Changes & Cancellations

For any changes and cancellations, the rental company’s policies will be applied. There can be some restrictions or fees included based on the rental provider for some bookings.

Taxes & Additional Charges

There can be charges for your local taxes, fees, and optional extras, such as insurance, fuel options, or accessories, by the rental company. The fees can differ by location and provider. These charges have to be paid directly to the rental providers.

Pricing & Information Accuracy

SuccessLink Ventures tries to provide you with the correct prices for car rentals, depending on the details offered by car rental partners. But there can be errors in the prices and information. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should it be affected by any of these factors. We will only refund the charged amount if you have already made the payments.

Airport Parking Booking Terms

Agency and Direct Contract

We are just a booking platform. So, you are in a direct and legally binding contract with the Parking Provider when you reserve parking. You will be subjected to the specific terms and conditions of the Providers along with these terms.

Booking Necessities & Verification

When you are booking, you have to provide us with the correct information, such as make, registration, and model. After arriving, you have to show your booking confirmation voucher and the original credit card used for making the payment. Please notify us if you have not received a confirmation email.

Arrival & Processes

You must follow the arrival and check-in processes mentioned in your confirmation. If you miss your flight because of late arrival or fail to follow instructions, neither SuccessLink Ventures nor the Provider will be responsible.

Payments and Tariffs

To complete your booking, you must make the full payment. The statement can show different charges from SuccessLink Ventures and the Provider. Before the vehicle is released, you have to pay the full amount. Remember that until you complete all payments, the Provider has a lien over it.

Cancellations & Refunds

Every cancellation will be processed by SuccessLink Ventures.

Non-Refundable: MMS charges, booking fees, and if any part of the parking remains unused.

Time Constraints: If there are “no-shows” or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, we will issue no refunds. It will only be changed if stated in the Provider’s terms.

Liability and Security

If there is any negligence caused by the Provider, they will be responsible for it. When the vehicle is out of the premises, no further claims can be accepted. Therefore, provide the necessary keys or codes only to the authorized staff after taking your personal belongings.

Service Disruption

In case of industrial action, force majeure, or capacity issues, SuccessLink Ventures has the right to cancel the services. As permitted by the law, we will not take any responsibility for losses due to disruptions.
