These fees are on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis, along with any applicable airline and car rental fees, and render them non-refundable under any circumstances.

We believe in disclosing any post-ticketing fees upfront for promoting complete transparency. You must pay these fees along with any airline and car rental charges. Moreover, we also display the complete final total, including all fees, before requiring payment confirmation.

Assistance Fees for Refunds / Airline Credits

  • Unaccompanied Minor (UNMR)
  • Visa / Passport Issues
  • Denied Boarding

Other Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Tickets and Refund Policies: SuccessLink Ventures primarily sells non-refundable airline tickets. You will qualify for refunds only when the airline’s fare rules permit them, you have “no show” status, and the airline issues a waiver.

Refunds and Credits: Airlines control all refunds and future credits in accordance with their fare rules, policies, and approval procedures.

Supplier-Imposed Fees: SuccessLink Ventures charges service fees in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines or suppliers.

Special Services: You have to get approval from the airline for any requests for special services, including bereavement, military, or medical-related waivers. SuccessLink Ventures assesses service fees for all approved and provided services. If the airline denies the request, our service fee will be refunded.

Government Taxes and Fees: These remain subject to change. We charge you solely the final amount displayed at checkout or quoted by an agent.
